I like to eat this bean curd sachet, dipped in spicy soy sauce, it is really delicious. The preparation method is very simple, which saves much effort than steamed buns. You don't need to mix noodles, and you can still eat fragrant meat fillings.

Ingredients

Bean Curd Sachet

1. Prepare materials. (The minced meat is mixed with salt and chopped green onion and ginger)

2. Wash the tofu skin and cut into square slices. (About 12x12 cm size)

3. Put in the meat.

4. Fold the four corners of the tofu skin in half, wrap a small green onion and tie the knot at the bottom, cut the carrot into thick slices, cut in the middle and don't cut it off.

5. Put the carrot slices on the shallots and press it slightly with your hands to make a small sachet.

6. Make 4 of them one by one, put them in a steamer and steam them on high heat for 10 minutes. Steamed tofu skin sachets, dipped in spicy soy sauce, taste great!

Tips:

1. If you put a lot of minced meat, you need to extend the steaming time. But don't put too much, it will affect the taste.
2. It tastes more delicious with spicy soy sauce or garlic juice.
3. If you have leftover meat in making dumplings or steamed buns at home, you can consider eating like this.
