Bean Curd Vegetable Roll

Prepare vegetables, soak the coriander and chives in light salt water, and wash the cucumber; rinse the tofu skin with water;

Boil the tofu skins in a pot of boiling water and cook for a while to get rid of the odor;

Prepare the dipping sauce, all made by yourself, spicy pepper and fried sauce;

After blanching the tofu skin, cool slightly, spread it on a cutting board, and put coriander and shallots on it;

Roll up

Cut the rolled bean curd into suitable sections and serve on a plate.
Tips:
The vegetables in the roll can be matched at will, just use your favorite dipping sauce.
