Bean Paste Roll

Use warm water to dissolve the yeast and baking powder, slowly add water to make the noodles, and it will be as soft as a dumpling wrapper! Knead the dough and wait for filial piety! (Yeast water forgot to take it 😄 I have sent hanami before, the method is the same)

Use the time to make the dough to process the bean paste. (I bought the bean paste, add flax oil, cooked white sesame seeds, sugar, and red bean paste. I also forgot to take picturesðŸ˜) The dough is made for ten minutes.

Use the dough press to press the dough back and forth a few times, and the bubbles inside will disappear 😄 (pictured)

Put the processed bean paste on top of the noodles, (pictured)

After putting the bean paste, roll it up and cut some diagonal knives on the dough roll with a knife (pictured)

After cutting with an oblique knife, touch some clean water on the top, sprinkle black sesame seeds and cut into small pieces, put it on the chopping board and send for ten minutes (pictured)

Put the good bean paste rolls in the steamer and steam for ten minutes (I always wait for the second time to get up before steaming, so I steam them with boiling water)
Tips:
1. I heated the red bean paste in the microwave, so that the dough rolls will be faster! ! !
2. My son likes to eat sweets, so I added a little sugar. Friends who don't like extra sweets can not add sugar drops!
