Bean Sprout Soup of Korean Hangover Soup 콩나물국

Prepare fresh soybean sprouts.

Wash the bean sprouts and remove the roots of the bean sprouts.

2~3 garlic cloves, peeled, crushed and cut into puree; cut the green onions diagonally into chopped green onions.

Pour whitebait stock in the pot (you can also use a small spoon of Daxida with warm water instead), and bring the soup to a boil.

Put in the processed bean sprouts after boiling.

Tips:
1. The bean sprouts taste better by removing the roots.
