Bean Sprouts

Main ingredients: bean sprouts, celery.

Wash and shred the celery.
3.
Boil water in a pot and add celery.
4.
Put in the washed bean sprouts and bring to a boil to turn off the heat.
5.
Put the bean sprouts and celery into the pot.
6.
Season with salt and balsamic vinegar.
7.
Stir evenly and serve.
8.
Add appropriate amount of chili oil, mix well and serve.
Tips:
1. Do not over-heat when blanching, just boil.
2. Add some pepper oil to taste better.
