Bean Sprouts Fried Noodle

Wash mung bean sprouts by pinching heads and tails.

Soak the vermicelli with water until soft.

Turn on high heat, heat the pan with cold oil, stir-fry the green onion and ginger to create a fragrance.

Pour in bean sprouts and stir-fry until the bean sprouts are soft and out of water.

Cut the soaked vermicelli short (convenient for eating), pour it into the pot, and stir-fry.

If the amount of water produced by the bean sprouts is not enough, add a little less water. After the vermicelli is fully cooked, add an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry a few times before serving.
