Bean Sprouts Fried Seaweed Shreds

Wash the bean sprouts first to control the moisture.

Wash the soaked seaweed shreds, blanch in the pot for one minute, remove the moisture to control the drying; peel the garlic seeds, wash and cut into pieces; soak the peppers for 3 minutes and cut into small pieces, shake off a little pepper seeds.
