Bean Sprouts Twice Cooked Pork

Flatten the garlic and chop, and cut the onion into small pieces.

Tips:
Soy bean sprouts are not as easy to cook as mung bean sprouts, so they need to be stir-fried for a longer period of time so that they will not be raw.
