Beans with Soy Sauce

Wash the lentils and cut into small pieces diagonally.

Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic.

Beans are blanched in boiling water first.
4.
Keep the blanched beans in cold water to maintain the green color.

Put vegetable oil in the wok to heat up, put ginger first, and then stir up the green onion for a fragrance.
6.
Add soy sauce and stir fry.
7.
Add beans and stir fry.
8.
The beans have been blanched and cooked, stir evenly and add the minced garlic.
9.
Mix well again.
