Beans with Soy Sauce
1.
Prepare materials. Wash the beans well.
2.
Cut the beans into cubes of about 1 cm.
3.
Green onion and ginger stew pot
4.
Add the diced beans
5.
Add a small amount of soy sauce, a bag of 150g soy sauce, and stir fry until fragrant.
6.
Add an appropriate amount of water, and it's fine if the beans are over.
7.
Stew until the beans are cooked through and the soup thickens. Add MSG to taste.
Tips:
I use soybean paste from the Northeast, which has no sweetness. There is no need to add salt because it will be salty enough.
