Rinse the pork bones and chicken feet.

Pork bones are blanched in a pot under cold water.

After boiling, skim the foam, and blanch the chicken feet in boiling water for 1 minute.

Cut the chicken feet into 2 sections and set aside with the pork bones.

Add boiling water to the pot, add pork bones and chicken feet.

Add ginger slices and orange zest.

Cut the white radish into pieces with a hob.

Stew the pork bones for more than an hour, add the sliced radishes, and stew until the radishes are soft and rotten.

Season with salt, add coriander, and start drinking.
