Tips:
1. Ask the master to chop the trotters when you buy it. My own kitchen knives generally cannot be chopped open, and the knives are easy to blunt.
2. When there was no electric pressure cooker before, just use an ordinary wok to stew. Add water to the pig's feet and soybeans. After the high heat is brought to a boil, turn to medium heat and cover and simmer for 1-2 hours until the pig's feet are soft. It just takes a longer time, and the tendons need to be stewed to make it delicious.
3. Although the soybeans were soaked in advance, it was found that the water absorption was quite strong. After boiling and opening the lid, there is basically no soup left...Next time I still have to add a little more water to try, so that the trotters and soybeans are completely covered...
