Tips:
1. After the chicken feet are taken out of the pot, be sure to fully dry the water, or let it dry for a longer time. Otherwise, there will be a risk of oil splashing.
2. Do not deep-fry chicken feet for too long to prevent the meat from becoming dry and hard.
3. Soak the fried chicken feet in ice water, the skin of the chicken feet will be slowly soaked, and then soaked in the seasoning, easy to taste.
