Beef and Potato Rice Bowl
1.
After buying the beef, marinate (sugar, vinegar, salt, soy sauce, pepper, rice wine, sweet potato starch-the above seasoning is appropriate) for more than half an hour. Dice the marinated beef.
2.
Cut the potatoes into pieces with a hob and set aside.
3.
Put oil in the wok [This time I used butter, which is more fragrant. You can use peanut oil or blended oil], add diced beef and stir fry. Here I am using a small fire.
4.
Add the potato wedges and stir fry.
5.
Change to medium heat and stir fry.
6.
Add appropriate amount of water and simmer over medium heat.
7.
Simmer for about ten minutes [depending on the size of the ingredients], and when the sauce is almost harvested, add appropriate amount of soy sauce to taste and mix.
8.
Lift the pot and serve it on the plate.
9.
Serve the rice well.
10.
Top with beef potatoes and fried poached eggs. According to personal preference, you can also add tomato sauce or pepper sauce.
11.
You can also add other ingredients according to personal preference. The ingredients can be changed into other types of rice bowls🍛, such as shredded pork with green pepper, shredded pork with bean sprouts, corn carrots and so on.
12.
Prepared fruit vinegar dip.
13.
You can also make bibimbap.
Tips:
In fact, Chinese food is really quick to make. The seasonings are basically based on personal tastes, so the amount is basically "appropriate". 😸.
