Beef and Radish

Preparation materials: a piece of beef, a radish, an appropriate amount of dried red pepper, and a piece of ginger.

Cut the beef, blanch it, and scoop it up.

Cut white radish and ginger into pieces, and cut dried red pepper into sections.
