Beef and Radish Congee

Prepare rice, radish sprouts, and beef.

Wash the beef and chop into puree.

Add black pepper, salt, and starch, mix well.

Wash the radish and ginger, chop and set aside.

Add salt, minced ginger, and sesame seeds to the radish flakes, mix well and set aside.

Wash the rice, pour it into a clay pot, add an appropriate amount of cold water, boil on high heat and simmer for 25 minutes.

The rice grains bloom, pour in the ground beef and stir to disperse.

Add the radish sprouts and bring to a boil.
9.
Add salt and sesame oil, adjust the flavor, transfer to a bowl, and serve warm.
Tips:
1. The muscle fiber of beef is rough and difficult to digest. It is high in cholesterol and fat, so the elderly, young children and people with weak digestion should not eat more.
2. People suffering from skin disease, liver disease, and kidney disease should eat beef with caution.
