Beef Ball Pizza

Mix all the dough materials together and knead into a smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap and ferment to double its size;

Make beef balls while the dough is fermenting; mix the ingredients needed for the beef balls and stir until they are sticky, then use your hands to form 2 cm balls, put them in the oven at 150 degrees and bake for 5 or 6 minutes, and let them cool for use

Cut green bell peppers and onions into small pieces, and let them cool for later use (except small tomatoes).

Tips:
1) The beef meatballs made in the recipe did not give a specific amount, because the amount of meatballs used in the pizza is determined by yourself. Those who like meat can add a few more. The meatballs are baked for a few minutes in order to shape them in advance and avoid filling . In addition, if the meatball filling is too much, you can knead it into a dough and continue to bake it for 15 minutes. It is a good choice to eat or cook soup.
2) The vegetables used in the recipe should be cut off with a little oil in advance (because I used salty cheese powder, there is no salt in the vegetables) to avoid excessive moisture during the baking process, which will affect the taste of the finished product.
3) The Parmesan cheese powder used in the recipe has a slightly salty taste. Using it together with mozzarella cheese will increase the taste of the finished product, which is called "different feeling".
4) Here I would like to say that pizza does not need too many fillings. The crust and filling should complement each other. The noodles have fillings and the fillings have the noodles to taste good.
