Beef Balls in Clear Soup

Prepare ingredients.

The beef balls are thawed naturally. Cross the beef balls, but don't cut them badly.

Peel the radishes or wash and cut into thin slices.

Peel the garlic and cut minced garlic.

Wash the lettuce and set aside.

Pour the right amount of cooking oil into the wok, add the minced garlic over low heat, and stir until the minced garlic is golden brown.

Pour three bowls of boiling water, add a spoonful of salt, add the beef balls and cook for 5 minutes after the water is boiling.
