There are always occasions where it will become a delicacy that beats everything else: overtime ordering, lunch in the middle of a meeting, dinner on the train...
The beef slices are tender, the soup is sweet and slightly salty, the onion is soft and sweet, and there is still some aftertaste after eating.

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Mix 2 teaspoons of chicken juice with 2 tablespoons of water, stir well and mix into a stock

3. Shred the onion

4. Pour oil in the pan, add onions and stir fry for 2 minutes

5. Add beef slices

6. Add chopped green onion

7. Add cooking wine

8. Add sugar

9. Add soy sauce

10. Add chicken juice

11. Stir fry evenly

12. Stir-fry evenly, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes while preparing rice.

13. Leave the fat nougat on the rice

14. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds

Tips:

You can add blanched carrot slices and broccoli to the beef rice. The color will look better and the nutrition will be more comprehensive.
