Beef Bone Noodle Soup

Prepare all kinds of raw materials

Seasoning salt and black pepper

The tomatoes and beef were cut into pieces, the potatoes were dice, and the shallots were minced. In order to get rid of the smell, I cut ginger and two scallions.

Dangdangdang~The bone soup is coming. The bone soup taken out of the refrigerator must be heated first. During the heating process, add two scallions and a piece of ginger to remove the fishy.

Put a small amount of oil in the pot and stir-fry the tomatoes to make the juice out. Add the beef cubes. When the meat is broken, add the bone broth. I just added them all directly, I forgot to take pictures before 😂

Add diced potatoes to the bone broth and bring to a boil

Add fresh sliced noodles after the soup is boiled. Stir the noodles a bit to spread the noodles.

After the noodles are in the pot, add appropriate amount of water when the soup is boiled again, and after the second time the soup is boiled, add appropriate amount of pepper, appropriate amount of salt, and sprinkle with chopped green onions~ The bone noodle soup is just fine~

The light and fragrant bone broth noodles are just fine~
Tips:
If you like the potatoes to be soft and waxy, you can add diced potatoes and stir fry them when you fry the tomatoes.
Soup noodles are easy to suck juice and become lumpy, remember to enjoy it quickly~
