Beef Bone Tonic Soup

1. Wash beef bones and set aside

2. Blanch the beef bones in hot water

3. Transfer the blanched beef bones to the casserole and add some boiling water

4. Prepare medicinal materials: Codonopsis, Beiqi, Polygonum multiflorum, Angelica

5. Wash Dangshen and Beiqi and pour into the casserole

6. Wash Polygonum and Angelica sinensis and pour into a casserole

Tips:

In the medicinal materials, Angelica should be used less, and it is very bitter to use more.
