Beef Bone Yam and Winter Melon Soup

Ingredients.

Peel and slice winter melon.

Put water in the pot, wash the beef bones and put them in the water, add sliced ginger and shallots, cover the pot, continue to boil for 2 minutes after the high heat is brought to a boil, turn off the heat.

Rinse the burned beef bones and set aside

Wash the yam with a brush

Cut off the head and tail

Then cut the yam into sections and control the length by yourself.

Add water to the pot, add beef bones, yam, sliced ginger, shallots, cover the pot and bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 2-3 hours

Add winter melon before eating and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes (according to your own preference, control the softness and hardness). Add some salt before serving and adjust to your own taste.
