Beef Brisket and Carrot Soup

Prepare the ingredients, wash the sirloin and dice, and dice the white radish.

Add a few slices of ginger and cooking wine to the sirloin in a pot under cold water, and boil the bleeding water after boiling.

Wash the sirloin to remove any foam, add it to an electric pressure cooker, then add ginger slices and star anise.

Add two spoons of cooking wine.

Add appropriate amount of water, press the soup button on the pressure cooker, about 50 minutes.

Turn to medium-low heat and cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add goji berries and cook for about 10 minutes.

Tips:
Beef brisket is harder and easier to soften when cooked in a pressure cooker.
