Beef Brisket and Radish Noodles

The sirloin is soaked in bleeding water, blanched, and cut into pieces. Cut the radish into pieces.

Stir-fry the sirloin, transfer to a pressure cooker, and add all kinds of seasonings except radish. Low heat for 30 minutes after SAIC.

After the sirloin is boiled, add the radish. Cook the noodles and add them to the sirloin and radish.
