Beef Brisket Stewed with Radish

Beef brisket, washed and cut into pieces

Ginger, smashed

Put oil in the wok, medium oil temperature, and stir in ginger.

Add the sirloin and stir fry until the color changes.

Add water, bring it to a boil, and knock off the bubbles on the surface of the water.

Pour the soup pot, add star anise, and simmer for 40 minutes on low heat.

Cut the radish into pieces.

After the sirloin is simmered for 40 minutes, pour in the sliced radishes, add salt, and simmer for another 20 minutes.

Put some chicken bouillon before serving to taste, or sprinkle some chopped green onions.
Tips:
1. Stewed beef brisket should be simmered thoroughly, so that it tastes more delicious.
2. The ratio of soup, salt, radish, and sirloin is controlled by yourself. The soup is better than the ingredients, so that the soup tastes better.
