Beef Cabbage Salad

Pick broccoli from the small room, wash and drain for later use.

After the beef cabbage is cross-cut, cut diagonally to remove the stalks, shred, and rinse.
3.
Wash the tomatoes, cut in half, remove the stalks, slice + diced.
4.
The water used to prepare the pasta was boiled and I used it to blanch the broccoli.
5.
Put all the vegetables on the plate and top with your favorite salad dressing.
