Beef Curry Fried Rice

Prepare the materials.

Cut beef into small pieces, add some salt and oil, mix well and set aside.

Chop the cabbage leaves and drain the water.

Dice green and red peppers and onion.
5.
Heat oil in a pan, add beef cubes and stir fry until cooked.
6.
Add cabbage, green red pepper and chopped onion and stir-fry to dry.
7.
After adding the rice to stir-fry, crush the curry cubes and add in to continue to stir fry.
8.
Season with salt, sprinkle chopped green onion and stir-fry before boiling.
