Beef Enoki Mushroom in Sour Soup

Beef slices thawed

Remove the roots and wash the enoki mushrooms, wash and slice the tomatoes, and cut the parsley into sections

Tips:
Because children don’t eat spicy food, they don’t use peppers. If you like spicy food, you can sauté the peppers while cooking the sour soup; the sour soup can be seasoned with sauerkraut or tomatoes.
