Tips:
1. When the dough is brushed with egg mixture, it is best to brush one egg mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds immediately, otherwise, after all the egg mixture is finished, the first one is already dry and cannot stick to the sesame seeds.
2. Because the bread is time-consuming to make, if you want to eat it for breakfast, you can make the bread the night before, marinate the beef, and fry it the next morning, which is much more efficient. Of course, the bread dough should be kept soft, and it should be put into a fresh-keeping bag and fastened tightly when it is dried to warm temperature, otherwise the taste will be almost the same the next day.
3. Lean meat is best used to make meatloaf, otherwise it will be too greasy. The beef can be replaced with pork filling.
4. When making beef patties, because they will shrink after frying, the diameter of raw patties is about a circle larger than bread. After frying in this way, the finished product is just right.
5. The stacking order of the burger sandwich can be according to your own preferences, and you can also add cheese slices or fried eggs.
