Beef Hot Pot

Wash the beef, add water to the pot, add a spoon of salt, a small handful of pepper, simmer for 5 minutes on high heat and change to low heat for 15 minutes. After the stew, remove the beef, cool and slice it for later use. (The butter you need when buying beef, don't stew the butter. The beef broth is reserved)

Put oil in the pan, fry the sliced butter and ginger for 2 minutes, add 4 to 5 dried red chilies (spicy according to your own taste), put the cut beef and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes, add salt and stir fry evenly (salt is OK (Slightly more), add rice wine, vinegar, light soy sauce and continue to fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Put the dark soy sauce, bean paste, chopped pepper sauce, garlic on a low heat and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Do not brush the pot for roasting beef. Pour the stew soup into the pot, add less salt and more oil (the beef has more salt and less oil), put the meatballs and ham in the soup and bring to a boil for about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat , Pour the cooked soup into the hot pot.

Put a few slices of green onions in the soup, pour the cooked beef on top, add a few slices of green onions, sprinkle some garlic flowers, and bring to a boil.
