1. I choose the beef. I have some ribs. I cut them into finger-like strips five or six centimeters long. They can also be slices. You can choose as much beef as you like. I prefer to eat it once and make a little more.

3. Heat oil in the pan, add part of the green onion and ginger and stir fry until fragrant, then add the blanched beef and stir fry over high heat. Add cooking wine (white wine or red wine, which tastes better) and soy sauce to stir fry together for color.
