Beef Noodle Soup

Make water in a pot, add carrots, broccoli, and cordyceps flowers to blanch them. The fat cow is scalded with boiling water and then taken out. (The beef slices are thawed ahead of time)

Put clean water in the pot and put the dried noodles after boiling

After the noodles are cooked, add light soy sauce, white pepper, salt, and chicken essence

Put the noodles in a large bowl, pour the soup, add blanched vegetables and beef slices, drizzle with sesame oil, and you can start. If you like spicy food, you can also add chili oil appropriately
Tips:
1. Don't freeze the beef slices into a ball before blanching, just put them in boiling water to change the color, and it will become tough when cooked.
2. When the dried noodles are put in the water, they should be separated as much as possible.
