Beef Noodles

Put cold water in the baking dish, put the cut noodles into the baking dish, soak for about ten minutes;

Prepare the minced garlic, chopped chives and green vegetables during the noodle soaking process;

I prepared the beef cubes in advance (the recipes have been posted in the previous period), and this ingredient can be replaced with other favorite ingredients, such as tomatoes, eggs, etc.;

Bring the water to a high heat in the pot, turn the water to a low heat, pull the noodles and stretch them into the pot;

Bring to a boil halfway, add a little cold water, continue to boil and then add an appropriate amount of cold water to boil, continue to boil twice;

Put chopped shallots, minced garlic and chili powder in the center of the noodles you have removed;

Set up a small milk pot, pour a little vegetable oil and heat it on a low heat, then pour the onion, garlic and chili powder on it;

Add a little salt, soy sauce, vinegar and monosodium glutamate and mix thoroughly;
