Shacha sauce originated in Chaoshan and is popular in Fujian, Guangdong and other places. It is a condiment made from the spicy characteristics of sand tea. It has a light brown color and a unique fragrance. It is suitable for cooking, cooking, frying, frying, hot pot, etc.
