Beef Pot Stickers
1.
Add minced beef, minced green onion, ginger, salt, chicken essence, fresh soy sauce, and water, and stir well.
2.
Water can be added in portions. Beef is very absorbent, so you can add more. The fillings of many potstickers are in a semi-liquid state, which is why potstickers are juicy.
3.
Blanch the flour with boiling water, knead it evenly and rub the noodles, roll it into a round crust, and put it in the filling.
4.
Wrapped into a slender crescent shape, the slender shape can make the pot stickers mature quickly.
5.
Heat the pan, pour a little rapeseed oil, put the potstickers in, and fry for a while.
6.
Pour in water, cover more than half of the pot stickers, cover the pot, and cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
7.
When the water is almost evaporated, open the lid and pour in a little oil and fry for a while.
8.
The fried pot stickers are crispy and juicy.
