Beef Ribs with Roasted Baby Potatoes
1.
Soak the beef ribs in clean water for about an hour. Change the water several times in between. After soaking, cut into pieces, put them in cold water, and rinse after boiling. Slice green onion, slice ginger
2.
Put oil in the wok, add beef and stir fry for about 5 minutes when the oil is hot, then add green onions, ginger, and star anise to fry to create a fragrant aroma. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine and stir-fry for about 5 minutes
3.
Add water in parallel with the beef. After the high heat is boiled, transfer to the Zwilling pot (you can also use a casserole instead), and simmer for 1 hour on a low heat.
4.
Add peeled baby potatoes
5.
Continue to add the bean paste and simmer for about 40 minutes. If the salt tastes weak, you can add some salt 20 minutes before the pan
6.
Finally, put in 1 pinch of stone coriander (the stone coriander is mainly for flavor enhancement, if you don’t have it, you can leave it alone) and stir well, then it can be out of the pot.
