Beef Rice Noodles

1. Dry rice noodles can be bought in general vegetable markets
2. Generally rice noodles are divided into thickness, thicker rice noodles are stuffy for about 4 minutes, and thinner rice noodles will reduce the time accordingly. You can pinch it with your hands in the middle, it’s just a little harder, if it’s too soft, it will rot during the cooking process.
3. The size of the rice noodles rolled into a ball is based on the size of a meal. It is not easy to stick when it is messed up, so it is convenient to take when eating.
4. After the beef is cooked, put it in the refrigerator to cool down before slicing, so that the cut beef will be very thin and will be more delicious when eaten
