Beef Roll with Enoki Mushroom

Chop green onions, ginger, and pickled peppers and set aside.

Add salt to cold water and cook enoki mushrooms.

Add oil to the pot, saute the onion, ginger, chili, bean paste, and hot pot base.

Add water, salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce, fat beef, boil and serve.
5.
Just sprinkle with chopped green onion.
