Beef Sauce

Prepare the materials

Mince beef, onion and shiitake mushrooms

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the minced beef and stir-fry the water

Add onion and shiitake mushrooms and stir fry until fragrant
5.
Add red bean paste, chili sauce, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, salt, cooking wine and stir well
6.
Add in water, just until the beef and other ingredients are gone, bring to a boil and turn to medium-low heat and simmer until the juice is dry.
