Preparation materials: noodles, chives and seasoning

After the water in the pot is boiled, add the noodles, boil it and add half a bowl of cold water, boil again and add another half a bowl of cold water, boil the noodles and take out too much cold water (boiling and adding cold water can make the noodles more gluten)
