Beef Sauce Seafood Noodles

Prepare the ingredients. Mine is pasta, which can reduce fat and weight. You can use what you have at home without affecting it.

Remove the head and tail of the shrimp, peel off the shell and pull out the shrimp thread. The shrimp is ready. Cut the belly of the octopus, take out the ink sac, and cut into small pieces.

Add the cleaned shrimp and octopus to the soy sauce and ginger slices and marinate for 10 minutes.

Prepare a baking bowl, put in tin foil, and put the shrimp and octopus in it.

Put it in the Changdi steaming oven and steam for 8 minutes and take it out, the same time as the steamer.

Next, prepare to cook the pasta. Add a spoonful of oil and salt to a pot under cold water and cook for another eight minutes. If it is regular pasta, deal with it according to the actual situation~

Mix all the ingredients and eat. The beef sauce I used was made by a friend before. It is very delicious. You can buy beef sauce or hoisin sauce according to your preference.
