Beef Soup

Cut beef into pieces, boil, and remove any foam.

Cut green onion and ginger into sections and slices.
3.
Cucumber slices.

Put the beef in the pot, add green onion and ginger, and cook the cooking wine for 2 hours.

Chopped coriander.

After cooking the soup, remove the beef and put the cucumber slices.

Serve, sprinkle with coriander, add salt, MSG, and white pepper to taste.
