Beef Steamed Potatoes

Beef slices, mix well with oil, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, chicken essence and starch.

One potato, peeled.

Cut into slices and put them on the plate, as far as possible not to overlap.

Spread the beef piece by piece on the surface of the potato.

Put hot water into the pot and steam for 10 minutes.
