Beef Steamed Tofu

Soft tofu is prepared.

Brush the plate with oil.

Slice the tofu and put it in a bowl.

Mince beef. Join the soy sauce. Cornstarch. Ginger slices. Marinate in oil for ten minutes.

Put oil in the pot. Stir-fry garlic.

Add the beef and stir fry until fragrant. With salt.

Adjust the juice. Stir trotters soup with soy sauce.

When marinating beef, remember to add oil. Oil can lock in moisture
