Prepare materials

Cut the beef, potatoes and carrots into pieces, and cut the shallots into sections for later use

Pour a little oil in a hot pan, add potatoes and radishes and stir fry for 2-3 minutes

Add beef and stir-fry, add salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper and stir-fry well (if raw beef is used, stir-fry for 1-2 minutes on high heat)

Wash the rice and add water, put the fried ingredients into the rice cooker, and press the cook button.

Jump to the keep warm button and continue to simmer for a while. It’s more delicious than usual with a little less water for cooking. If you like to eat crispy rice, you can cook it more.
Tips:
If using raw beef, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and oil after cutting into pieces, stir well, and marinate for more than 30 minutes
