Beef Stew
1.
Cut the beef into cubes and soak in clean water for about an hour
2.
Boil the water in the pot, and boil the froth under cold water
3.
Remove the beef and rinse with warm water to control the moisture
4.
Put the beef in a pressure cooker, add 500ml of water, add a tablespoon of cooking wine; if you want to eat noodles with beef broth, add a little more water
5.
Add a tablespoon of soy sauce; add an star anise; finally add a few slices of hawthorn
6.
Cover the pot, start a big fire, press the safety valve after venting, turn to low heat after SAIC, and simmer for 13 minutes
7.
When the time comes, turn off the heat, wait for the pressure limiting valve to fall back and open the lid, and add a proper amount of salt to taste.
8.
Put it in a bowl, sprinkle some coriander, stew beef~ Eat meat and soup, it is very clear, the beef is just right
Tips:
There are very few spices in stewed beef, and the original flavor of beef is more easily cooked with a few slices of hawthorn. Using a pressure cooker does save time and trouble
