Beef Stew with Potatoes

Prepare the materials.

Add water to the pot, then add beef, ginger slices, and green onions to blanch water.

After boiling, remove and wash with hot water (note that cold water is not used in the whole stewing process, the meat will not be easy to rot when it is stirred).

Add a little oil to the pot and stir-fry the potatoes.

The sides of the potatoes are slightly yellowish, add light soy sauce and a little sugar, and stir-fry evenly.

Saute evenly fried potatoes on a plate and set aside.

Put the oil on the pan. Heat 30% of the oil, add green onion, ginger, red pepper, fry until fragrant, add meat, and stir fry quickly.

When the meat is broken, put the soy sauce on the rock candy and continue to stir fry.

Stir fry until browned, then add water, star anise, bay leaves, and cinnamon.

Bring to a boil on high heat.

Turn the lid to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.

Add the potatoes for the last 20 minutes.

Simmer on low heat until the potato soft noodles, and high heat to collect the juice. Serve it, put coriander, ready to eat.
