Beef Stew with Tomato Sauce and Radish

Dice white radish, put lard in a casserole, stir-fry the ginger and white radish for a minute, add water, and cook the radish softer than the radish in the cooking wine.

Add the tomato sauce and boil the tomatoes for two minutes.

Add salt, light soy sauce, and beef.

The beef is slightly cooked, turn off the heat.

Put the shallots to eat!
