#御寒美食# Beef Stewed Potatoes

Wash the beef and cut into pieces, and control the moisture

Peel potatoes, wash and cut into pieces, carrots into pieces (forgot to shoot)

Scallion, chopped green onion, mince garlic, shredded ginger, prepare pepper, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, Angelica dahurica star anise

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the peppercorns to fragrant, then remove

Add ginger and garlic to fragrant

Pour the beef and stir fry until the color changes

Add 2 spoons of bean paste, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, and stir fry

Add enough water, add the spices in step 3, boil on high heat and simmer on low heat for 40 minutes (or put it in a pressure cooker and press the stew button)

Add potatoes and carrots, add 1 tablespoon of salt and simmer for at least some soup
10.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion
Tips:
If you don’t put it in a pressure cooker, add enough soup at a time
