Prepare the ingredients

Wash the radish and cut it with a hob for later use

Soak the beef in clean water for 2 hours to remove the blood, rinse and cut into pieces, boil a pot of boiling water and add the beef to blanching water, remove and rinse with clean water for later use

Pour oil in a pan and heat to sauté scallions, ginger and star anise

Tips:
The time for boiling beef can be adjusted according to the degree of ripeness and rottenness of the beef you like. The more rotten the better, the more delicious soy sauce. Do not add more light soy sauce, otherwise the soup will turn black
